The specific purposes for which your data is used

We use the information you provide solely to operate and improve Breakfast of Champions. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with marketers. Here is exactly how your information is used:

  • To confirm your RSVP — we send confirmation emails and meeting reminder texts to guests who have submitted an RSVP form.
  • To process your membership application — we review your application information to determine eligibility and notify you of the decision.
  • To manage your member profile — approved members have their name, photo, bio, industry, and contact details displayed in the member directory on our website.
  • To communicate meeting details — we send monthly meeting reminders, location updates, and schedule changes to active members via email and SMS.
  • To operate the Members Hub — we use your contact information to grant access to our private community platform where members connect between meetings.
  • To track referral activity — referrals passed between members are logged to recognize top contributors and celebrate wins within the group.
  • To improve the group — aggregated, non-identifiable attendance and engagement data helps us understand how to make meetings more valuable.
  • To contact you about your membership status — including renewal reminders if your membership becomes inactive.
